Toto the Happiest Dog

Todo is my aunt and uncle’s beloved Bernese Mountain dog. She is the happiest creature I have ever met and follows her mom and dad wherever they go only becoming upset when they leave her on the beach for a swim (water is not her friend). I made this piece as a gift for my aunt and uncle Christmas 2020. I used oil pastels, one of my favorite mediums to work with since I was a child, to capture Todo’s sweet demeanor.
